Shipping, returns & privacy
Shipping
Every piece is packed by hand in Kerala and shipped across India. Orders usually leave within 2–4 working days; you'll get the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as it ships.
Returns & exchanges
If something doesn't fit, message us within 5 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange where possible. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and with tags. Custom-made and sale pieces are final sale.
Payments
Orders are confirmed personally on WhatsApp, where we share payment details — UPI or bank transfer, and cash on delivery for select pincodes. No card details are ever taken on this website.
Your privacy
We store only your name, mobile number and delivery address — the minimum needed to send your order. Your password is encrypted and unreadable, even to us. We never sell or share your details, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask. Write to us any time to have your account deleted.
Care
Handloom softens with love. Hand wash separately in cold water for the first few washes, dry in shade, and iron on reverse. Real zari prefers a gentle hand.
